You will learn how to plan your BBQ, manage the cook, how to deal with unforeseen issues, how to plan and carry out a tailgate, hours away with fresh BBQ. Bring your questions with you, we can answer those questions that may have nagged you. The class is limited to 20 students to ensure your questions get answered and appropriate attention is given to each student.
